History
The Hearing Assessment Center is a full-service audiology group practice in Baltimore, MD, established in 1985 by Dr. James M. McDonald. Dr. McDonald and his partner, Dr. W. Stephen Seipp, currently have five audiologist on staff. Each audiologist holds the Doctor of Audiology degree from an accredited university. We presently have four locations, three in Baltimore County and one in Harford County, as well as serving the residents of the Fairhaven and Broadmead Retirement Communities. The Center offers a complete range of doctoral level hearing, tinnitus, and balance treatment and service.
